Delectable Cuisine Catering was created by Andre Austin Sr. in 2001. He successfully fed thousands at a Delectable Soul- Food Cook Out sponsered by Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. He pitched the idea to have all day access to soul food during the Summer Celebration 2000-01 events of the Indiana Black Expo. In the summer of 2001 Delectable Cuisine Catering was born. Our opening has granted us the opportunity to work with many fabulous clients. Delectable is also culturally experienced having the chance to be a part of mexican fiesta's, bar mitzfah's, Indian weddings, Mediterranean backyard parties, italian celebrations, and many more. Delectable was designed to give customers the whole food experience by providing food that reflects the service you will receive from us. The definition of Delectable- pleasurable, delightful, and charming.
